Steps:

  1. Install LAN Card to any of your PC's PCI slot
  2. Turn your PC on
  3. LAN Card will be automatically detected and installed by your operating system. If it prompts for its driver provide the driver and specify the path or location of the driver
  4. Restart the computer
NOTE: Client for Microsoft Network and TCP/IP will be automatically installed after installing the driver of LAN CARD. You don't need to install Client and TCP/IP anymore.

Steps:

  1. Right Click Network Neighborhood
  2. Click Properties
  3. Click Add button
  4. Select Client
  5. Click Add
  6. Under Manufacturers. Click Microsoft
  7. Under Network Clients. Click Client for Microsoft Networks
  8. Click Ok
